Returns & Shipping

(I know, I knooooow...I hate all this "legal" junk, too! But as new small biz, I have to cover my tush!)

Shopohmystars.com Return Policy
Oh My Stars! kindly accepts returns on apparel within 14 calendar days from the date your order was placed. Items must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered or damaged. (This includes any stains or odors.)

All sales are final on accessories (including all jewelry, purses, scarves, hair accessories, etc.), items listed as SALE on the website, items permanently marked down (clearance), items shown or listed as "Oh My Sample Sale!," and items purchased at in-person vendor events. 

Returns will be eligible for a refund to your original method of payment. Return shipping charges are at the purchaser’s expense. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Please email taylor@shopohmystars.com to request a return and initiate a refund. Please remember, return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order was placed.

Once your retuned items are received, if the returned items do not meet our return policy, they will not be accepted as a return, and you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. Any items not accepted for return will require a re-shipping fee of $6.95. You will be notified of the denial of your return via the email address provided when initiating the return. If we do not receive the re-shipping fee within 7 days, the item(s) will not be shipped back and a refund will not be issued. 

We are not responsible for items that are damaged on return shipments. Please package all items securely.


Return Process
To return items, you must include your original sales receipt. We suggest that you send items back to Oh My Stars! using a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us. Return items should be sent to the following address:

Exchanges
Exchanges are not permitted at this time, due to limited inventory. If you wish to purchase another size or color of a certain item, please submit your return and place a new order for the item you want instead.


Shipments 
We ship only to the continental United States. All orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $6.95 through USPS or UPS. Orders of $100 or more will receive FREE shipping. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your provided e-mail address. The shipping confirmation e-mail includes the tracking number for your package.

Orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS. If you experience a delay with a package, please email taylor@shopohmystars.com for assistance. 

 

Incorrect Shipping Method & Incorrect Address
We are not responsible if you select the incorrect shipping method at checkout or enter the incorrect shipping address. So, please make sure all information is correct before submitting your order…check it twice! 


Lost Packages
If your package is not delivered, before contacting taylor@shopohmystars.com, please check with your neighbors and your mail person to ensure that your package was not delivered to the incorrect address. We will then research the status of your delivery. Due to the small nature of our business, we are not responsible for packages marked by the carrier as "delivered," and no refunds will be given for packages labeled as such.
